Cooling-off period: 14 days

You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period after delivery. Notify us by email within that period if you want to cancel; you then return the product within 14 days.

Returns and refunds

• Report your return by email: hallo@movevolt.nl.
• Return shipping is at your own cost, unless we agree otherwise in advance.
• Return the product complete; you may inspect it as you would in a shop, but not use it.
• We refund you within 14 days of cancellation, via the same payment method.

Warranty

You have the statutory warranty: the product must be as you may reasonably expect. If something is wrong, email us with your order number and a short description and we will help with the appropriate next step. Any manufacturer warranty differs per brand.
